The YC Staff Application (2) & Reference Letters below are available free to download, modify and print for your youth camp office, church administration office, etc. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at your convenience.
There are two applications for your Youth Camp Staff. This application is to be filled out by your volunteers and/or staff who will be working in the youth camp. The first application below has two Reference Letters attached to it for two people to fill out that the volunteer knows personally who can give them a good reference.
Youth Camp would not be possible without the heart of camp volunteers and/or staff who works so extremely hard to make everything happen for the kids and helps to make sure everything goes smoothly.
With God leading and guiding our youth camp volunteers and/or staff the outcome of camp is always a success.
The name of our church camp is Front Lines Youth Camp. Our youth today are on the front lines and they need our guidance spiritually to fight the battles they fight especially in this day and time.
Youth Camp is a great ministry where spiritual leaders can give the youth a week of unbelievable fun and at the same time allow them to grow by leaps and bounds spiritually.
Youth Camp Staff should have an application filled out prior to camp just like the campers. The staff applications should include:
- Name
- Address & Phone
- Date of Birth & Age
- Email Address
- Church Name
- Background Questions (Christian or Not)
- T-Shirt Size
- Camp Position Desired
- Age Group Desired
- Special Skills or Abilities
- Qualifying Experience
- Reference Letter(s)
- YC Staff Signature & Date
Every YC staff/volunteer after submitting their application should understand that they will placed in the area of camp that the YC leader feels appropriate and where they will be most needed. This is all a part of this ministry - to work where you are placed and know this is where you should be and do your very best to ensure that these children's youth camp is a success.
