What is this directory for church memberships?
This template below is a beautiful church directory that lists all of your church members with their personal information in one booklet so you can easily and readily get this information in the event you need to call, email, mail, etc. one of your church members.
Many churches and/or organizations print and distribute a member directory which contains the listing of all of the members and their contact information.
Organizations that normally print directories include:
- Churches
- Schools
- Professional Trade Associations
- Chambers of Commerce
- Alumni Groups
- Clubs
- Foundations
- And Others
There are two economical choices to paper size that is printed on your church member directory and they are either the normal-sized copy paper (8.5" x 11") or the smaller paper (5.5" x 8.5"). Many directories are bound with the spiral bounding method unless you do not have very many members and have a relatively low count of pages then you might prefer just simply stapling the directory together - this would be up to your church or organization as to the preferred final product on the member directory.
The cover of the member directory below is in full color for a more professional look but of course you can change this if you prefer. The contact information and member listings are normally printed in black ink.
The member directory was created in Microsoft Office Word so you can edit or customize it the way your church would like it. If you're familiar with MS Word, you could also insert pictures of the members but this would require a lot more customization.
Member directories provides a great and simple way for leaders and members to stay in touch with one another and these member listings can be grouped in any way that you might want to group them.
There is also a Church Directory form available below where the members can fill out their information they want on the church directory and it gives the church consent to put their information in there and who is allowed to see it. You can modify this form however you want to fit your church directory needs.
