The Donation Receipts (3 including a non-cash receipt) below are available for your church administrative office, Human Resources Dept. free to download, customize and print 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to download at your convenience.
The three free printable financial receipts below for donations can be given to your charitable donors who might simultaneously ask for a receipt.
The Church Cash Receipts for Donations are available to give to your special
donors who donate to your church, church fundraisers, church building funds, church youth ministry, church missions, church benevolence funds, etc. and there is a non-cash donation receipt for the donors who donate something besides money or cash.
Your receipts for donations should include at least:
- Donor's Name - Where you insert the name of the who donated the money, etc.
- Donor's Address - Where you insert the donor's address so you can send them a thank you letter if needed.
- Donor's Phone - Where you insert the donor's contact phone number in the event you would need to get a hold them.
- Donation Type - Insert what the donation was (money, etc.).
- Donation Description - Insert the description of the donation (cash, check, etc.)
- Donation Value - Insert the donation value or amount.
- Donation Receipt From - Where you insert the name of the person writing the receipt.
- Your Church Name - Insert the name of your church.
- Your Contact Information - Insert your church address and phone number at a minimum.
The donors who are so generously giving your church a donation will appreciate the receipt due to they are tax deductible. This provides organizations or donors with a way to help you and also give themselves a tax break at the same time.
You can also send your donors a Donation Thank You Letter as a receipt for their donation depending on the type of donation. For instance, if they donate $500.00 to a mission trip for your Pastors to go to India then you might want to personalize the receipt by sending a unique letter instead.
You can also send a Donation Thank You Card to your generous donors as a special way to "Thank You".
Some fundraisers involve a lot of small donations. For instance, if the donor gives your church $5.00 on a Sunday School fundraiser or money for the Pastor's birthday gift and they ask for a receipt then you might want to simply use one of the receipts below.
