Pastor Weekly Update Form
The Pastor Weekly Update form is available free below to download, customize and print for your church administrative office, Human Resources Dept. to download 24 hours a week, 7 days a week at your convenience to help keep your Pastor(s) updated every week.
The Weekly Update template for the Pastor is a form that the church treasurer, secretary or whomever the case may be would fill out weekly to keep his or her Pastor informed of the church accounting activity throughout the week.
This pastor weekly update form would be turned into the Pastor(s) before the main church service each week to give him or her an update and an idea as to where the church stands financially at that current time. It is a one page form that works for mostly small churches, but would work for larger churches also that the Pastor can quickly and easily look over without having to ask questions that will give them a pretty good insight to just what the church is in need of at a quick glance.
Any way you can create a form or even better a database or software to make you and your Pastor's life easier I say DO IT! :)
By the way, I have the best Pastors anyone could ever ask for, which I'm sure you do also. They are the Greatest!
I have been the Church Secretary in our church for many, many years and I want to keep finding ways by creating forms, databases, and other time-saving things to help save my Pastor's precious time, not to mention the rest of our time who work in the church office day in and day out.
We only have a small church in a rural area in green country Oklahoma in the United States, but I love it! I have built this site to help so many of God's precious people who needs all the help they can get to help save their precious time also. Most small to medium churches depend on volunteers to do the church office duties.
