Church Announcement
Request Form
The Church Announcement Request form will help maintain contact with members of your church or synagogue.
Here are some of the benefits of having church announcements:
- Weddings and funerals can be forwarded through this form. Then all or part of your congregation can be a part of these activities by bulletin or video.
- Special Evangelist might be coming and holding a revival.
- Fundraiser Dinner or any church event that needs to be announced to all or part of the church members.
- Special Prayer Meetings for certain special needs or concerns announced for greater attendance.
Whatever the case may be, a Church Announcement form is always a good idea to have available.
Designate one person in the Church Administration office responsible for receiving the requests for the church announcements and following through with the church policy and procedures of reviewing and approving, and then posting when appropriate.
Preparing for church events such as weddings can be very stressful for both the wedding planners and the church unless you have the correct forms filled out before these type of events.
Events that are organized can be beautiful, spiritual, meaningful, and personal. The church can take extra steps to ensure these events will go as smooth as possible for anyone involved in these events.
The announcement form should include:
- Type of Announcement (Bulletin, Video...)
- Suggested Title
- Short and Specific Announcement
(Text: Please give all facts, i.e. Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How. Type or Print Clearly. Please provide short, specific information for all video announcements, as they must adhere to a two to three minute time frame) - Announcement Date(s)
- Contact Name & Number
- Date of Request
- Authorized Approval Signature
- Approval Date
- Date Requests Must Turned In
- Note: All requests for Announcements must be in the Administrative Office by [Deadline date that the form must be turned in by].
The church announcements will be much easier to organize with this form and in turn will save your precious time. Always modify the form to fit what your church needs to set up their own announcements.
