Introducing My Church Membership Database

First of all I want to thank you for subscribing to my free newsletter. I'm the secretary in our small church and I know what it is like to need forms. I hope you enjoy my website. Here is where you will find updates on new church forms, web pages, and any updates or errors on my Church Membership Database. If you are purchasing my database, you need to always read these newsletters for any updates.

I have just recently built a Church Membership Database for small to medium-sized nonprofit churches who cannot afford to buy the databases that are for sell anywhere from $99.00 and up depending on what you are looking for. My database tracks memberships, contributions, and much more very easily. I have my database for $35.00 plus shipping and handling. I can't email the database due to it's size so I have been mailing it.

I have put the Church Membership Database on CD along with an Annual Contribution Letter that I created in Microsoft Office Word that will merge your members from your database into letters with the push of a button and I also included a simple Concise User Guide. You can easily edit the contribution letter to put your church information in and then merge your members and print your letters. I also have member's labels in my database with the push of a button you can print mailing labels for every member of your church.

You can easily enter membership information and in the same form enter their contributions. You can easily print an itemized contribution statement at the end of the year for every member also. There is a Member's Birthday/Anniversary Report that you can print with the click of a button.

You need to have Microsoft Office 2007, 2003 or 2000 with these two programs included: Access and Word. MS Access is for the database and MS Word is for the Annual Contribution Letter.

If you do not have Microsoft Office, I have found the software with great prices on eBay that are brand new (still has plastic over them). You can find the link to these on my Member's Database page.
